Gameduino Dazzler PCB, first pictures
I sent placed the Dazzler PCB order a week ago Sunday. JLCPCB finished fabrication Thursday, and DHL brought it to me here in California Monday night. That's 8 day turnaround for a 4-layer impedance matched PCB for $53. Impressive.

Inspecting the board through the microscope, the traces (each just 88 microns wide) certainly look OK. There are no power-ground shorts. As far as I can tell by eye and continuity meter, it should work.

I ordered a 100x100mm stencil at the same time. Here's the way I do it. Suggestions welcome! I use a little putty to hold the PCB to a baseboard. Then place equal-thickness scrap PCBs around it. These support the stencil.

With the stencil aligned and taped in place, everything is ready for the paste. A firm single pass with the squeegee (which I bought from DirtyPCBs) using a pot of paste will desposit a neat pile of paste on every tiny pad.

It's all set to start assembly.
And on that tantalizing cliff-hanger, I will leave you until next week. Thanks for reading.
